IFBB pro Art Atwood injured his knee while guest posing at the NPC Louisiana state meet Saturday July 12. He was heading down a  small stairwell on the right side of the stage to get to the crowd and slipped, caught himself but must have twisted or jammed his knee. He had to leave on a stretcher and was reported by those who helped him  that Art may have had the knee cap come off the tendon/patella and looked serious.

... He needs about 6 weeks for recovery.
