Im fairly new to the whole bodybuilding world iv bin weight lifting for 3 years but only found out about supplements about a year ago, I was wondering is weightgain safe and should it be used? im 19 years of age but very enthusiastic to become pro. Has any one used weightgain and if so did it work and is it safe. thanks Matt

their is no problem with weight gain as long as you take it 2 the instructions if your one of those people who like 2 take it 2 fare the i dont suggest yousing it but if you think it is some kind of miracle then im sorry but it does help

Its great that you started at so early age. I have been using weightgain and it has been quite useful for me and also safe. You can give it a try.

You want to gain the muscle , you have to add at least 500 calories to your diet. And also your daily calorie intake should be between 2800-3500 depending on your weight.You can try bodybuilding supplements that promote muscle and weight gain such as creatine and whey protein.
