creatine ester something
i heard it was being used in hospitals for muscle repair and seems to dissolve in minutes rather than hours if anyone knows any info or is using please share the love and tell me how it is

I know a lot of guys who beleives that if the stuff is used in hospitals it's better and tuffer. I think it's the same thing.
