I have added 5,5 lbs of mass in a week, my bench press was 260 lbs of 2 reps and in a week I do 310 for 3 reps. Fine, have not expected such results. Also have to say, waist is also become bigger
May be it's better to do upload stage for 1 week for 25-30 gr, then 3-4 weeks 10gr/day and after again upload stage 25-30gr/day for 1 week and after 2-3 weeks off
With the first cycle of Creatine I gained about 10 pounds of mass in 2 weeks. It was the simplest one: one week of 20g per day and 5 g per day thereafter.
The second cycle (after a year) : I gained about 5 pounds only. It was as follows: Week 1 - 10 g per day Week 1 - 20g per day Week 1 - 30g per day Week 1 - 40g per day Week 1 - 30g per day Week 1 - 20g per day Week 1 - 10 g per day
I felt bulked up, huge, big arms etc, but gained only 5-6 pounds. After 2 weeks off I made a simple cycle as the first one, gained nothing. After one month - one more cycle - gained nothing, but, muscles look visually bigger and all muscles/joints/tendons pain is decreased. I used Optimum Nutrition micronised creatine. Tastes like sand. I will better buy caps next time.
