 Post subject: No need to diet, just work out

Work out 3-4 times a week, do cardio 3 times a week, eat everything you want and don't forget to add 2-3 protein rich drinks daily and I assure you, you will get the muscles you want to have without a fat you don't want to.

There should a proper diet for exercise.
