wat r some good exercises to get some big wings, because i have just started working them out and i can do more weight for the last 3 month

Try this workout:

1. Narrow grip chin ups 3 sets
2. Behind the neck cable pulldowns 3 sets
3. shoulder width grip barbell bent over rows 3 sets
4. T-bar rows 3 set

2. TRISET - 2 times:
1) Narrow grip cable pulldowns
2) T-bar rows
3) Low pulley rows
