i have always been a skinny dood until 2 years ago when i just randomly took up excercising every evening, results were godlike and now im really happy about my body and dont think i want to grow my muscles any larger. What im asking about is what i need to do to keep my current body? when i started exercising i did 10 pushups which has developed into 200 pushups+200 situps, if it helps
