Have heard about Zottman Curl for biceps. Has anybody tried that? How to do and what part of bic it affects?

If you have no biceps mass no need to do other exercises but with barbel ones with heavy load.

The Zottman curls are a good change up from a normal bicep routine. They biceps, bracialis and bracioradialis during the exercise. I occasionally throw them in to mix things up and keep my workout fresh.

If done as a first exercise, 5 sets approx., it gives a huge pump.
The routine is as follows:

1. seated Zottman curls - 5 x 8,
2. Standing barbell curl - 2 x 8
3. Preacher curls - 3 x 8
4. One arm dumbbell concentration curls - 2 x 10
