Please please help!!
My goal is January 1st !
I went yesterday for my testing.
It came out that I'm dehydrated. Is Crystal Light just as good as water? Its no sugar and only 5 calories. I figure, its better than soda
I'm 31 years old
4'9
110 lbs
60 % lean muscle
40 % fat.
Medium build
I joked with her and asked if she was saying I am fat and she said.. yes! I look small but its pretty much all in my leggs and butt !
Please help me tone up and get rid of the 40 % fat and put it to better use!
I go to the gym 4 days a week now and I'm ready to be put into a boot camp to loose this by the first of the year!
