Hi,
Don't afraid of your height. Start working out smart. Don't do very heavy squats. And do not use 'roids.

Start working out 3 times a week as follows:
Mon:
Chest, back, abs
Wed
Legs, calves, shoulders, abs
Fri
Arms, abs
Do 10-12 total sets per muscle group in 3-4 exercises
Example for Arms:
Biceps barbell curls, biceps preacher curls, inclined bench supinated dumbbell curls.
Triceps narrow grip barbell press, lying barbell triceps extentions, cable pressdowns.

If your height will stop growing that will mean that's enough may be.
But it won't be caused by exercises.
