How much times a week do you do that? Or once a week that's enough for results?

as iv said many times before use it twice a week. but have at least 2 days of rest inbetween. ok

Your program rocks, Ive gained an Inch. I also increased the poundage and reps while using the program by using a pair of Gorilla Grips! I got them through a buddy but he told me he got his at www.gorillagrips.com. I was able to add extra weight and got at least 1 extra rep even though the poundage was heavier. Thanks for the arm program it really works!

Can you explain the actual workout as in what a preacher is and stuff, im kinda new to this so i was wonderin if you could explain it to me.

Dont ask silly questionas, like, what is a bicep curl, whats progression etc...take the time and search the forum , or use google etc.
nothing is easy, and nobody wants to take the time and help one, who doesnt want to help himself, by spending the time reading / searching!

hmm, in order to gain 1 inch in 2 weeks, you will need carbohydrate & proteins like mad, and by using such energy consumimg routines, you will surely lack the energy for training rest of the body..

However, if a fast biceps is the mission, then thats prob the way to do it!
Just remember its only the fast muscles that grows in that short period of time, and since the fast muscles, like growing, also shrinks fast.. the biceps will need continuesly exercises to stay in size :-)

Hi, I want to be sure if I got this. I should perform the first three sets of ez barbell curl one right after the other without rest, then rest for 2 minutes and do the second three sets of the other exercise. I f that is true, then how should I do the three sets of preacher for 9 reps.

Also, do I have to do triceps exercises after that. Can I still training other bodyparts in different days or I can´t.

Thanks for help me out.

I have made something alike but less sets. Really works. Just use moderate weights and no chitting, no forced reps. Just feel the muscle.
P.S. Eat like an animal :)

What do you do Dutch? Please post your program. I still not sure how to do the program posted in this thread. I did ez barbell culs for 25 and rest 2 minutes and do 25 hammer curls, rest 2 minutes and did 9 preacher curls, 2 minutes later concentration culrs for 9, and then repeat again the cycle but this time for 15 reps on ez barbell curls, 2 minutes later 15 hammer culrs and 2 minutes later 9 preacher curls and repeat the cycle again but 9 times on each, I did used more weight in each set, and I do this for at least 3 weeks with no results.

Please tell me your porgram and if I did right the pogram outlined it in this thread.

1.
Wide grip barbell curls - 1x25, 1x15, 1x10, 1x8
+ (Superset)
Behind the neck barbell triceps extension - 1x25, 1x15, 1x10, 1x8

2.

Dips from the bench behind you setting your feet on the bench in front of you (palms about 10'' apart) - 2x15

4.
Reverse grip barbell curls 1x12

Immediately after that take a cup of juice with 2 teaspoon of simple sugar mixed.

Do this routine 2 times a week during 3 weeks. Then increase weights and do it only once a week for a couple of months. Then again 2 times a week for 3 weeks, etc ...[/url]

Eat a lot and grow! Good routine, but without eating like a pig you will get half from what you could get. :twisted:

If you wish you can take roids. But I won't. I know that it's possible without them. Longer, but possible.

And shocking muscle building principles really works. 1/2 inch is possible to add to your bic. prooven.
