Hi!
Here is my chest routine:
1. Bench press 2 sets of 8 reps, 1 set heaviest weight possible - 1-2 reps
2. Inclined bench shoulder width grip barbell presses - 3 x 8
3. Dumbbell flyes - 2 x 8
4. Superset - dips + cable crossovers - 2 sets
