There seems to be some confusion out there on the FAME World Event series and we wanted to take this opportunity to quickly and succinctly set the truth straight! In April 2002 we ran a fitness expo called the Active Lifestyle Festival. This show featured exhibitors, seminars and competitions in fitness, figure, fitness model search and Natural bodybuilding. The expo ran well but we needed a better name. It needed to say exactly what the event was – a fitness and model expo!

WOW, what a name! FAME: Fitness And Model Expo. That was when FAME was born and since then it has expanded to be an international series called FAME World Events with competitions taking place across the US, Canada and Internationally. The 2005 season expects to see over 5,000 athletes, 40,000 attendees. And the World Championships taking place at FAME 2005 will have a Novice, Open Qualified and Pro Division in all categories! You’ll also be able to shop and sample products from over 300 Exhibitors! FAME 2005 has Exhibits; Seminars, by some of the leaders in the industry including Robert Kennedy; Workshops; World Championship Competition, and your chance to Get Discovered!  So don’t be fooled, if it is not produced by World Natural Sports Organization (WNSO) it is NOT a sanctioned FAME event!
